The Taufer family devotes painstaking attention to the different needs of its guests, by proposing menus especially for children (baby menus), with possible variations and personalised dishes for those who suffer from food intolerances.
Our chefs will be happy to satisfy even the most demanding palates, by cooking a wide variation of dishes with passion. In the morning, you can choose your favourite dishes, from a menu that includes 4 first-course and 3 second-course dishes.
Savour the typical, traditional dishes from the Trentino area such as “canederli”, “polenta” and “tosela” (a dish that can only be found in the Primiero Valley), with sausage and mushrooms, “strangolapreti” dumplings with smoked ricotta and melted butter and roe buck salmi.
And last but not least, desserts such as the Sacher torte, strudel, the Linzer torte (with hazelnuts and redcurrent jam).
